Meet Me on Tuesday Event!
New Year, More Confident You!
TWT member, Michelle Cove, Executive Director of the non-profit organization MEDIAGIRLS (www.mediagirls.org), will share a few fun activities (one involving glitter) that she conducts with her middle-school participants to boost their confidence and help them decode the crafty ways that media undermines how we feel about ourselves. She’ll also offer tips for thinking about volunteering this year at organizations that speak to your heart and your schedule.
