Re-energizing and Re-engaging your Career:
Whether you are itching to change jobs or focusing on building momentum in a current role, take advantage of this fall’s back to school energy and join TWT members for a facilitated discussion on career activation. The small group conversation led by TWT member, Ursula Liff, will focus on how to map your ecosystem (network), build a board of support, own your story, and engage a career coach or “peer-to-peer” coach. At the end of the session, each participant will leave with a list of 3 people (or actions) they will commit to before the end of 2015 and a list of coaching resources.
Ursula Liff is a Director at Kotter International’s, Center for Leaders, a firm focused on transferring leadership mindsets, behaviors and skills based on the work of best-selling author and Harvard Professor, John Kotter. Ursula has navigated 6 career transitions and 1 job change since graduating from Vassar in 2001 and has lived to tell the tale. Today, much of Ursula’s work focuses on reinspiring the careers of up-and-coming leaders, who often feel stuck, unmotivated and rudderless inside lackluster work environments.
